The Menu

Viking’s Table offers a six-course menu that celebrates the art of cooking with time and care.

Everything is prepared in-house, from sauces and tart crusts to the ice cream served at the end of the meal.

The menu changes periodically, exploring different regions of France and focusing on rustic country cooking rather than refined brasserie classics.

Imagine dishes you might find in a village kitchen or at a long family table, recipes passed down from grandmothers who measured ingredients by instinct and cooked to nourish their loved ones.

Each menu represents a journey through regional flavours, featuring simple, generous dishes meant to be enjoyed slowly at the table, preferably in good company with a bottle or two of wine.

Disclaimer:

A gentle note before you board: the images shown are for illustration purposes only. Viking’s Table is a living, handcrafted dining experience, not an assembly line, and I am most definitely not a robot. While each dish will stay true to its spirit, flavour, and intent, it may not appear identically each time.

Ingredients and menu elements may also change without prior notice depending on seasonality, availability, market conditions, or the occasional chaos of the modern world. Rest assured, however, that the taste, care, and experience will remain exactly where they should be.
